Short & Sweet with a Top and Shorts
Don’t you just love a combination of a cute top and shorts? I do! It’s such a classic look that can be dressed up or down, depending on the occasion. You may opt to wear a solid colored tank top with neutral denim, white shorts, or even a fun print. Or do the opposite and have fun with your top paired with a solid colored bottom.
Tip: I know crop tops are a current trend. For those who don’t like to expose your tummy, opt for a bodysuit instead. It looks like a tank top yet stays in place.
Fancy Pants with a Top and Pants
Now this is for those who aren’t too keen on wearing shorts during the festivities. Replace them with pants and you are still patriotically chic. Just like shorts, jeans come in a variety of colors so whether it’s a classic denim, a white one, or black – you can’t go wrong! I especially like pairing this combo with a cute pair of sandals or heels for some extra pizazz!
Daring to show some skin? Why not pair a bralette top with high-waisted pants for a chic look. If daring isn’t your style, a cute top is always a great choice, like these tops I picked out. Get the fun print for those who love some design or a classic white top that will go well with anything.
One Piece Fun with a Romper or Jumpsuit
With the warmer weather in full blast now, a romper is a great one-piece outfit. Another option is to wear a jumpsuit if you don’t want to wear shorts. This can be worn as is or worn with a belt for a more fitted look. I’ve picked out some solid colors which you may pair with a red cardigan or button-down top to go with the red, white, and blue theme or wear as is (like the bottom look).
Girly Dress
Of course, what’s a celebration without a dress? You know my love for dresses, so I’ve rounded up some different styles here. Best part is you know you may wear these all summer long (even into fall).
The white dress looks like a classic number but also provides a bit of sass with the cut-out details. This red dress option is great for that family picnic barbecue (wear white sneakers to make it look even more casual). You can eat all you want with this loose fit dress! 😉 The blue midi dress on the other hand is a perfect day outfit. If you want to wear it through the night then just change the shoes to heels and wear a belt too.
