4th of July Icebox Cake

Ingredients

1 box (400g) graham crackers 1 pkg (250g) cream cheese 2 pkgs (3.4oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix  2.5 cups cold milk 3/4 cup heavy cream 2 cups sliced strawberries 2 cups blueberries

Make the whipped cream. Beat 3/4 cup heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.

Step 1

Take 1 pkg (250g) cream cheese and mix  with 2 pkgs (102g each or 3.4oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix. Slowly add 2.5 cups of cold milk and mix together. Fold in the whipped cream.

Step 2

Spread a thin layer of cream on the bottom of 9"x13" pan.  Layer graham crackers on top.  Add 1 cup of blueberries. Repeat for another layer of graham crackers, cream, and 1 cup of strawberries.

Step 3

Add last layer of graham crackers, remaining cream, and berries cream. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.  Serve and enjoy!
