Curl Lashes & Apply Mascara

After curling natural lashes, apply one coat of mascara. This will help support the false lashes.

Measure Lashes

Hold them on your lash line, slightly away from the inner corner. Trim excess from the outer edge.

Prep the Lashes

Take your glue and apply it lightly on the band. I like the glue with a wand/brush for ease of use.

Wait for Glue to Dry

Let it dry for a few seconds, allowing it to get tacky. Depending on the brand, it takes about 10-15 seconds (or slightly longer).

Place the Lashes

Apply at the middle of the lash line, then secure the ends. Attach to the skin and not the natural lashes.

Blend Lashes

Pinch your natural and false lashes together to give a seamless look.  Use your fingers, tweezers, or lash applicator.

Apply Eyeliner

I used a black liquid eyeliner to hide the lash band.  It also gives the appearance of fuller lashes.

It Takes Practice

Don't be discouraged if you have trouble applying falsies. After a few tries, you'll get the hang of it!
