How to Make Lavender Lemonade


6 to 7 cups of water 1 cup of sugar 1.5 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6 to 7 lemons) 1 to 2 tbsp lavender

Boil 2 cups water and sugar. Remove from the heat; add lavender. I used 1 tbsp and let sit for 30 minutes (for more lavender essence, add 2 tbsp and steep longer.).  Strain.

Step 1

Mix lavender syrup, lemon juice, and remainder of water. Stir to incorporate.  

Step 1

Chill.  Add lemon slices and lavender flowers for presentation.

Step 1

Serve over ice.  Add lemon slice on the glass rim and stick a lavender sprig for presentation.
